Navigating your hotel’s relationships with OTAs

In 2016, discussions about hotels’ relationships with OTAs centred on “the direct booking war” and positioned OTAs as the hotel’s greatest rival. This sentiment is slowly fading away as hoteliers around the UK and Ireland are finding OTAs to be a necessary component of the marketing mix.
